1. Company Overview

North Bengal Medicare LLP is a healthcare facilitation service that offers the Smart Care Health Card, providing eligible members with discounted rates at affiliated medical and diagnostic centers. We are not a hospital, insurance provider, or medical authority.

2. Eligibility and Use

  • The services are open to individuals aged 18 years and above.

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

  • Any misrepresentation may lead to suspension of your health card and services.

3. Health Card Validity and Usage

  • The Smart Care Health Card is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

  • After expiry, it must be renewed to continue availing benefits.

  • This card is non-transferable and must be used by the registered cardholder only.

  • Benefits are applicable only at our listed partner facilities.

4. Fees and Payments

  • Health card fees must be paid in advance.

  • Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in case of error by the company.

  • We use secure third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay) to process transactions. We do not store your payment data.

5. Service Disclaimer

  • North Bengal Medicare LLP does not guarantee treatment outcomes, availability of specific discounts, or performance of third-party healthcare providers.

  • We do not provide emergency or ambulance services.

  • Offers and benefits are subject to change without prior notice based on third-party availability.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Not misuse our services or engage in any fraudulent activity.

  • Keep your health card and login credentials confidential.

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or misuse.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the website (logos, text, forms, designs) is owned by or licensed to North Bengal Medicare LLP.

  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for direct or indirect losses resulting from use of our services, including but not limited to delays, errors, third-party service disruptions, or personal health outcomes.
