๐Ÿšš Shipping and Delivery Policy

At North Bengal Medicare LLP, we aim to ensure timely and secure delivery of your Smart Care Health Card and associated documents. Please read our Shipping and Delivery Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Delivery Options

We offer the following delivery methods:

๐Ÿ“ฉ Digital Delivery (Default)

  • Once your application is approved and processed, a digital health card (Excel/PDF format) will be generated and sent to your registered email ID or WhatsApp number.

  • Delivery Time: Within 48 hours of verification and payment confirmation.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Physical Delivery (On Request or Special Cases Only)

  • If PVC cards or printed health documents are offered in the future, physical shipping may be arranged through registered courier/postal services.

  • Delivery Time: Typically 5โ€“10 working days, depending on your location.


2. Shipping Charges

  • Digital delivery is completely free.

  • Physical shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly communicated before order confirmation and may vary based on the destination.


3. Service Area

We currently deliver digital health cards across India, especially focused in regions of West Bengal and Northeast India.
Physical delivery is only available within India (if applicable).


4. Order Tracking

  • For digital cards, you will receive a confirmation via email/WhatsApp.

  • For physical delivery (if available), a tracking ID will be provided once dispatched.


5. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver within the mentioned timeframes, delays may occur due to:

  • Incomplete or incorrect application details

  • Payment not received or confirmed

  • Force majeure events like natural calamities, strikes, or lockdowns

In such cases, we will notify you promptly.


6. Undeliverable Orders

For physical deliveries, if the product is returned due to incorrect address, repeated delivery failures, or refusal to accept:

  • We may attempt re-delivery (with extra charges, if any), or

  • Provide the card digitally (if appropriate)


7. Contact Us for Delivery Queries

If you have not received your health card within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your Application ID or Registered Mobile Number.
