At North Bengal Medicare LLP, we are committed to delivering timely and efficient healthcare facilitation services through our Smart Care Health Card program. Please read our policy carefully before applying or making any payment.
๐ซ No Cancellation Policy
Once the application for the Smart Care Health Card has been submitted and the payment has been made, it is considered final. We do not accept any cancellations under any circumstances, including:
Change of mind after payment
Incomplete or incorrect information provided by the applicant
Non-usage of the card benefits after issuance
๐ธ No Refund Policy
All payments made towards the health card or related services are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:
Health card fees
Processing or administrative charges
Any special offers or promotional plans
Even if the card is unused, lost, or the services are not availed, no refund will be issued.
โ ๏ธ Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered in the rare case of:
Duplicate payments made by mistake
Transaction failure with confirmed deduction (subject to verification by the payment gateway โ Razorpay)
In such cases, please notify us within 7 days of the transaction. All valid refund claims (if any) will be processed within 7โ10 working days, after review.
