Eligibility Criteria for Surveyor:
We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Surveyors for the Smart Care Health Card Program. Below are the eligibility criteria:
Basic Eligibility:
Age: Minimum 18 years
Education: Minimum 10th pass (Higher qualifications preferred)
Communication: Must be able to communicate clearly in Bengali, Hindi, or local dialects
Residency: Must be a resident of the operational area or nearby locations
Skill Requirements:
Ability to explain health card benefits to individuals and families
Comfortable with door-to-door surveys and fieldwork
Basic knowledge of smartphones (for data collection and communication)
Polite, patient, and community-friendly attitude
Preference will be given to candidates recommended by local NGOs or community leaders
Additional Notes
Selected surveyors will receive proper training

Post of Marketing Executive

 Eligibility Criteria for Marketing Executive
Basic Eligibility

Age: Minimum 18 years
Education: Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
Communication: Must have good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and basic English
Residency: Should be from the local area or willing to travel

Skill Requirements
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Ability to explain services to individuals and groups
Familiarity with local market conditions
Basic computer and smartphone knowledge
Ability to work independently and meet targets

Other Preferences
Prior experience in marketing, sales, or field promotion is preferred
Preference will be given to candidates with a two-wheeler
Candidates with experience in healthcare or insurance marketing will be prioritized
